What this page covers

This page is a practical summary of how Memory Tune handles digital delivery, customer support, and playback issues. It does not replace your statutory rights.

After payment

  • Your order is attached to your session and payment status.
  • When the paid song is ready and payment is confirmed, the final access links are released.
  • Where an email address has been provided, delivery links may also be sent by email.

If you cannot access your song

  • Use the same WhatsApp number that was used in the order to recover your library.
  • Check your email inbox and spam folder if delivery by email was expected.
  • If the issue persists, contact support with your order details.

If a file will not play

Tell us what device and app you are using, and whether the issue affects one file or both versions. If there is a genuine technical fault in the delivered digital content, we will review the issue and consider an appropriate remedy under applicable consumer law.

Storing your downloads

Once you receive the final files, save them in more than one secure place. After delivery, it remains your responsibility to keep your own backups of downloaded content.
